Children's Ministry

Service

Sunday worship - 10AM

We want your kids to love jesus, the church, and others.

We love having kids in our church family, and we love partnering with parents and grandparents to help children grow in faith as they develop a lasting relationship with God.

Safe kids

We care about your child's safety. All our Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry volunteers must follow our Children's & Youth Protection Policy. The process includes LiveScan with fingerprinting and background check, as well as personal reference checks. If you have any questions, or if you ever have any concerns, please reach out to us.

Worship together

The kids in our congregation are part of our church family. We welcome them with all their wiggles and giggles. Kids spend part of each worship service with us, worshiping alongside us. We believe this is important for them and for us as we sing and pray together. A children's sermon for the kids transitions them to Sunday school.

Learn together

Christian faith is formed in community. We believe healthy relationships with adults and other children are essential for a child's growth in faith. During Sunday School kids participate in a learning circle. In the circles they get a chance to grow in relationship with each other and the Circle Leaders (our amazing adult and teen volunteers), engage with a bible story, and share their hearts and minds. In short, they experience community. Special events held throughout the year engage children in fun, experiential learning together.

Play together

When Jesus said let the little children come to me, we don't think he meant bring them quietly and have them sit still. Following circle time each week, children head to our playground to embrace their energy, creativity, and to play together. Again, we embrace this as an opportunity to strengthen relationships.
